FAQ

Registration will open August 24th at 11am!  The Eventbrite registration link will be posted to the website under the 2025 registration tab and on the rally calendar page on the Grand Design website. You will not be able to reserve your campsite until registration is purchased on 8/24/24.  The campground will start taking reservations on 9/17/24 for Rally attendees. DO NOT CALL the campground if you do not have a ticket.  

• You will need your credit card for payment.

• You will need to know the Year, Brand, Model, & Length of your RV. An example would be “2022 Reflection 31MB, 37 feet long”

• You will need to know the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) for your RV. This is used to verify that you are a valid Grand Design owner and determine if you have any open recalls.

• You will be asked about any guests you might have with you – Your ticket includes 2 adults and 2 children ages 12 & under. If you have children ages 13+, additional adults, or more than 2 children 12  & under, you will need to purchase tickets for the additional guests. Site max at the resort is 6 people. 

• You will be asked if you have any allergies and for emergency contact information. This is purely for safety reasons and not food accommodations.

• You will be asked what day you are arriving and departing.

• Note: Finger Lakes RV Resort has a 4 night minimum stay for this event. You must reserve your site Wednesday through Saturday; you are welcome to book additional days before or after the rally as well.

Rally tickets are $130 per rig. Your ticket includes 2 adults and 2 children, 12 years of age and under, this does not include your campsite reservation.  If any additional guests 13 and over are in attendance, they will need an individual attendee event ticket at $45 per person.  Additional children's tickets (12 and under) are available for $25. Pricing does not include Eventbrite fees and taxes. Please note that the site maximum occupancy at the resort is 6 people.

 *** It is the policy of Finger Lakes RV Resort that all individuals in attendance MUST BE REGISTERED with the campground and have an event ticket. 

All sites are $95 per night and are full hookup. There is a 4 night minimum (Wednesday-Saturday, leaving Sunday) requirement when booking for the event. 

Yes, if your site is available for extended stay prior to rally start date and after the rally concludes.  Be sure to ask the campground managers at time of booking. Do not call the campground prior to registration to try and reserve spots. 

Credit card is accepted at the time of registration through Eventbrite.  You will also need a credit card to reserve campsite location when booking with Finger Lakes RV Resort. 

If you were not able to get a registration ticket, no worries.  Once all tickets are sold, a waitlist will automatically be generated at Eventbrite.  Be sure to fill out the required information.  As spots open up, you will receive a notice from Eventbrite with 24 hours to accept your ticket and book your site at the campground.  If no response, then the next person on the wait list will be contacted. 

While we would like to honor everyone's requests, the campground will be placing attendees and may not be able to accommodate requests.  Remember, rallies are all about visiting with old friends and making new friends too!

Congratulations!  The hard part is over! Once you have your Eventbrite registration ticket you are in!  Next step is to call Finger Lakes RV Resort on or after 9/17/24 to book your site!  Any calls before 9/17/24 will not be booked!!!  Please allow the campground this time to load attendee information to make booking go smoothly for all.

Eventbrite Event Ticket Cancellation

Event tickets refundable up to May 30, 2025, only if the reservation can be filled with a guest on the waitlist. If the reservation cannot be filled, Eventbrite ticket will not be refunded. Any cancellations after May 30, 2025, are non-refundable. All Eventbrite fees and tax are non-refundable.

• Reservations/days cancelled 15 days or more in advance of arrival, will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total stay.

• Reservations/days cancelled 3 days to 14 days in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay.

• Reservations/days cancelled within 2 days of arrival will forfeit the total of the stay.

• No-shows will be treated as same-day cancellations.

• This policy is firm. We highly recommend trip insurance for unforeseen issues that may arise.
