Welcome to the 2026 Grand Design New York Owners Rally! Join us for a fun-filled weekend at the Finger Lakes RV Resort with fellow Grand Design RV owners. This in-person event is a great opportunity to connect with other owners, share tips and tricks, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Finger Lakes region.

Pricing:
General Admission ($140 + Eventcube fees).
General Admission contains 2 adult tickets and 2 minor children ages 12 and under.
Additional children’s tickets (12 & under) can be purchased for $25 each. Site max is 6 people.
Please note, campground campsite pricing includes 4 people per site; any additional guests are $10/person/ per day, up to a maximum of 6 occupants per site.
Children 13+ or Additional Adult(s) ($45.00 + applicable taxes & fees).
This ticket covers rally events & meals for any additional adults or children over 13 years of age within your group. Please purchase 1 ticket per additional guest. Site max is 6 people.
Please note, campground campsite pricing includes 4 people per site; any additional guests are $10/person/per day, up to a maximum of 6 occupants per site.
Children 12 and under ($25.00 + applicable taxes & fees).
This ticket covers rally meals for any additional children 12 and under within your group. Please purchase 1 ticket per additional child. Site max is 6 people.

Site Options:
All sites at the campground are 30/50 AMP full hook-up. Please select your preference for back in or pull through. There are a limited number of pull throughs and they will be assigned based on rig requirements by the campground. All camp sites are $95 per night.
To reserve for the rally, you must reserve with the campground all 4 nights (Wednesday- Saturday, Sunday departure). If you are unable to commit to all four nights, you will not be allowed to attend.
Registration Process
Please Note: The rally registration and campsite registration is a two part process. Please carefully read the directions below so that we can have a smooth registration process.
1) Step one: Purchase Rally Ticket from Eventcube Page when registration opens on Saturday, January 10th @ 10:00 AM EST.
2) Step Two: After you've secured your ticket, Finger Lakes RV Resort will email you a link to complete your reservation on 1/24/2026. If you need to make any changes when you receive that email, you should call the campground before completing your payment. DO NOT CALL THE CAMPGROUND UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS EMAIL!!!
Don't worry - if you have an Eventcube ticket, you will have a spot!
How to place your order:
This process is best done from a desktop computer - due to differences on mobile platforms, if you experience issues, please try from a desktop computer before asking for assistance.
To purchase your ticket, familiarize yourself with the process here. Before you pull the trigger to purchase the ticket, you will need the following information:
You will need your credit card for payment.
You will need to know the Year, Brand, Model, & Length of your RV. An example would be “2022 Reflection 31MB, 37 feet long”
You will need to know the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) for your RV. This is used to verify that you are a valid Grand Design owner and determine if you have any open recalls. If you do not have a valid VIN number, you will not be allowed to attend.
You will be asked about any guests you might have with you - Your ticket includes 2 adults and 2 minor children ages 12 & under. If you have children ages 13+, additional adults, or more than 2 children 12 & under, you will need to purchase tickets for the additional guests. Site max at the resort is 6 people.
You will be asked if you have any allergies and for emergency contact information. This is purely for safety reasons and not dietary considerations.
You will be asked what day you are arriving and departing. Please be sure to include all days you plan to attend before and after the rally. This information will be utilized by the campground when sending the booking link.
After you have completed your ticket purchase, you will be good to go!

Important Cancellation Information:
Eventcube Event Ticket Cancellation
All sales are final. By purchasing a ticket or registering for this event, you agree that all payments are non-refundable for any reason. This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to, cancellation by the participant, acts of God, natural disasters, weather, or any other unforeseen event. No refunds will be issued. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund for your purchase, and you will not be eligible to receive a credit or transfer to a future event. Wagonmasters will not respond to requests for refunds.

Reservations/days cancelled 15 days or more in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total stay
Reservations/days cancelled 3 days to 14 days in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay.
Reservations/days cancelled within 2 days of arrival will forfeit the total of the stay.
Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty 15 days or more in advance of arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, cancellation policy applies.
No-shows will be treated as same-day cancellations.
The booking fee is non-refundable paid directly to the software company.
This policy is firm. We highly recommend trip insurance for unforeseen issues that may arise.
